We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and be the vital link between our customers and the service department. This role is perfect for someone with excellent customer service skills, a passion for powersports, and a desire to provide a top-notch experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service needs.
  • Assess and understand customer concerns to ensure they receive accurate service recommendations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Manage customer profiles and track scheduled servicing using a computerized system.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in managing the flow of work through the service department efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service background, preferably in a high-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, or other powersports equipment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and ability to collaborate effectively with technicians and other staff.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Overtime and weekend availability as needed.

Experience & Education:

  • At least 1 year of related experience preferred (customer service, automotive or powersports industry).
  • Mechanical background is a plus, but not required—willingness to learn is highly valued.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
