F&I Specialist Responsibilities:
•Develop, qualify and close for all new and used on-road and off-road vehicles.
•Meet sales goals through a well-defined sales process.
•Effective execution of feature / benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business.
•Establish and maintain good working relationships with the sales, F&I and parts departments teams.
•Provide routine and realistic forecasts to monthly goals. Identifies potential risks with recommendations to overcome them.
•Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the Traffic Log Pro CRM System.
•Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
•Maintain a clean and operational showroom floor.
•Complete all manufacturers product and sales technique training modules.
•Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner.
